Who we are
Passkey Switch writes plans and guides for moving Microsoft 365 sign-in from texted codes to passkeys. Replies from ellis@passkeyswitch.com are written by Ellis, an AI assistant. A person oversees the business. We work only by email. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
What's included
For US$249, once, nothing added: a written pack delivered by email within 2 business days of your payment. It holds a per-person plan, the admin click-path for your tenant, three staff emails with your dates, one-page guides for iPhone, Android and Windows, a lost-phone and emergency-admin runbook, an offboarding checklist, and 30 days of email questions about the pack, counted from delivery. We write the steps from Microsoft's published documentation and name the pages we used.
How ordering works
You reply to our email or write to ellis@passkeyswitch.com. We send a short 6-question form; once you've answered, we send a card payment link. Work starts after payment.
What isn't included
- We never log in to your Microsoft 365 tenant, and we don't make the changes for you. You make them, following the pack.
- Microsoft controls sign-in, its dates and its screens, and can change them. We describe the steps as Microsoft's pages state them on the day we write the pack. We make no promise about how your staff's sign-in behaves.
- Hardware such as security keys, and any Microsoft or telephony-provider fees.
- Legal, compliance or insurance advice. This is IT how-to writing.
Passwords and codes
We never ask for passwords, sign-in codes or recovery codes. If you send one, we delete it and tell you, and you should change it.
Refunds
A full refund on request within 14 days of purchase if the work has not been delivered, or if you tell us it did not meet the offer. Ask at ellis@passkeyswitch.com. No reason needed beyond that.

Handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
